Eclipse Warranty
Eclipse products are guaranteed to be free of defects
in materials or workmanship for one year.
This Warranty is extended to original purchaser
with proof of purchase. Final disposition of the warranty coverage
will be determined upon inspection by Eclipse.
Altered products will void warranty.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper
use, damage caused by common carriers, consequential damage, abuse
or neglect.
Coverage requires products to be returned without
modification for inspection/final disposition by Eclipse, per instructions
below.

Eclipse Returns
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with
your selection, please call us. You may return it to us, unused,
and we will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you
prefer. Most exchanges are shipped the day following receipt.
A 7% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Return shipping is never refunded unless we made
the mistake.
Contact Eclipse at 828-507-6884 for a Return
Authorization Number (RA#). (Unauthorized returns will be refused
or returned to the customer. RA numbers expire if no product is
received within 30 days.)
